Web designers -v- Web Programmers

In today's ever-evolving internet world, among the many changes that take place on a daily basis are job titles.  A couple of decades ago if someone said their job title was "Programmer" we immediately thought of them as really smart/really shy people.  If someone said they were a "Designer", we would ask for more details. What type of designer? Clothes? Auto? Home?  Fast forward to today, and corporations are churning out titles as fast as they can.  In the internet world, two titles stand out: Web Programmer and Web Designer.  By looking at the titles can you tell them apart?  Well, thanks to the artsy types who have time on their hands, we now have a way to visualize the difference between these two important positions. HR take notice.
